While visiting this veteran-owned property, your hosts will be a local mother and daughter duo, a dog, and a cat. All four of them are known to sip wine while watching the spectacular local sunsets. A family with an 18-generation history in Santa Fe, they are happy to help with local recommendations.

Layout: Because the loft features a low pitched ceiling and is accessed by a spiral staircase, the space is not recommended for visitors with mobility issues or anyone uncomfortable assuming the personal responsibility of climbing and/or ducking. Please carefully watch your head and your step.

Animals: Cisco, the dog on the main property, does not have access to your privately-gated area. Francesco, the cat, may wander into your garden but does not have access into your living space. Cisco is an enormous livestock guardian and can accelerate to astounding speeds. Please do not open his gate or interact unsupervised. Chat with the hosts prior to bringing your own furry guest along for your stay.

Laundry: While the space does not include a washer and dryer, amenities are provided for hand washing, and Santa Fe has an affordable professional laundry pick-up and drop-off service, ideal for busy visitors.
